Sun-Damaged Skin Spots - Abdomen
1. Body Peel: Start with a light salicylic acid, lactic acid, or glycolic acid body peel to reduce the appearance of sun-damaged spots and improve skin texture.
2. IPL: Next, treat the sun-damaged spots with Intense Pulsed Light (IPL) to reduce the appearance of brown spots, redness, and other discoloration.
3. Products: After treatment, apply a daily moisturizer with SPF 15 or higher to protect the skin from further sun damage. Use a nighttime serum containing antioxidants such as vitamin C and ferulic acid to reduce the appearance of sun spots and damage. Additionally, use a retinol cream to boost cell turnover and reduce hyperpigmentation.
