Hyper-pigmented Skin Spots - Hands/Arms (Back)
1. Body Peel: Begin with a series of body peels to help reduce the appearance of the hyper-pigmented skin spots. We recommend starting with a light exfoliation peel such as a glycolic or lactic acid peel. This will help to gently exfoliate the skin and reveal a brighter, more even-toned complexion.
2. IPL: Following the body peel, an IPL (intense pulsed light) treatment can be used to further reduce the appearance of the hyper-pigmented spots. IPL is a non-invasive treatment that uses light energy to reduce the appearance of discoloration on the skin.
3. SPF: It is essential to wear a broad-spectrum sunscreen with an SPF of 30 or higher every day to protect the skin from further damage.
4. Skin Care Products: To further reduce the appearance of the hyper-pigmented spots, we recommend using products containing ingredients such as kojic acid, vitamin C, and/or retinol to help brighten the skin and reduce discoloration. Additionally, using a product that contains hyaluronic acid can help to keep the skin hydrated and reduce the appearance of hyper-pigmented skin spots.
